Gear Up for Growth

Overview

In this project, I worked as a brand manager and designer to identify the Gear Up for Growth event's brand positioning, values, principles, and visual identity. I drafted brand elements, which I then user-tested with our end users to gather feedback and insight into what components were working and were not working. From there, I designed the visual identity of the brand and created the brand guidelines that could be used for any agency that may need to make additional branded assets.
